The Colmore Building gym, which is located on floor -5, is a complimentary wellbeing facility designed specifically for the occupiers of the building – The gym is accessible 24-hours a day.
There is a wide range of equipment to suit all fitness needs such as treadmills, cross trainers, various free and fixed weights, TRX suspension kits, table tennis, training mats etc. There are also three televisions, portable mats and a large training area.
Complimentary gym towels and bag storage are also available in the gym.
Regular fitness classes are carried out during the week by resident our in-house personal trainer and are suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga instructor, Claire Jukes, carries out classes twice a week to help tenants tune in with their mind, body and soul and to create a sense of energy and wellbeing – All abilities are welcome.

Access to these facilities are only available for those who have undertaken a gym induction with The Colmore Building approved instructors. New class starters must arrive five minutes prior to class to complete a health questionnaire (You can book inductions and find health questionnaires at reception)
