The Colmore Building gym, which is located on floor -5, is a complimentary wellbeing facility designed specifically for the occupiers of the building – The gym is accessible 24-hours a day.
There is a wide range of equipment to suit all fitness needs such as treadmills, cross trainers, various free and fixed weights, TRX suspension kits, table tennis, training mats etc. There are also three televisions, portable mats and a large training area.
Complimentary gym towels and bag storage are also available in the gym.
We are delighted to announce the addition of Stu Baker, Personal Trainer, to The Colmore Building.
From Tuesday 3rd April, Stu will be on site Monday – Thursday offering a variety of fitness classes and personal training sessions.

Our Yoga Instructor, Claire Jukes, holds a weekly class on a Tuesday lunchtime to help tenants tune in with their mind, body and soul and to create a sense of energy and wellbeing – All abilities are welcome.

Access to these facilities are only available for those who have undertaken a gym induction with The Colmore Building approved instructors. New class starters must arrive five minutes prior to class to complete a health questionnaire (You can book inductions and find health questionnaires at reception)
